Through the www.addhouses.com Site (hereinafter, the “Site and/or Addhouses”), any person (the “Users”) will be able to find various services and content related to the search for real estate (hereinafter, the “Services”).

  1. Any person who uses the Site (hereinafter, “USER”) accepts without conditions each and every one of these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”), its modifications and complementary documents and undertakes to comply with them without objection. If you do not agree to any of the Terms of Use, do not use this Site. It is expressly clarified that these Terms of Use are mandatory and binding.
  2. The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. The modifications will enter into force from the moment indicated; failing this, it will be understood that its application is immediate. By using this Site after such modifications, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates to the Terms and Conditions of Use, without any claim thereof.
  3. Certain content accessed through the Site may be covered by specific rules that regulate and complement these Terms and Conditions of Use, which is why USERS are recommended to take specific knowledge of them.
  4. Conditions of access and use of the Site:
    1. Your use of any Site Service confers your status as a User of the Site.
    2. Access to and use of the Site does not require prior subscription or registration by the User. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the use of some Services offered through the Site requires the User’s registration.
    3. In order to register on the Site, the User must complete the Registration Form with his/her personal information, also indicating an email address and password. The User agrees to select, use and store his/her password diligently and to keep them secret and protected from third parties.
    4. Use of the Site and its Services. The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the contents and/or Services offered by the Site will be at his/her sole risk and/or responsibility.       1. Not to enter or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, in support of terrorism or that violates human rights.
      2. Do not enter or disseminate data programs (viruses and harmful software) that may cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third party users of the Internet network.
      3. Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.
      4. Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, “junk mail,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that are exclusively designed for this purpose.
      5. Not to enter or disseminate any false, ambiguous, untimely or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.
      6. Not to impersonate other Users using their registration codes to the different Services and/or contents of the Site.
      7. Do not introduce or disseminate content that is contrary to honour, personal and family privacy or the image of people.
      8. Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that violates the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights that correspond to the owners of the Site or to third parties.
      9. Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that involves a violation of the secrecy of communications and the legislation on personal data.
      10. Not to target the Bidders by sending Spam, or directly offering, publishing or creating, a personal database of third parties.
      11. Use any mechanism, software, or routine to prevent or attempt to prevent the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this Site.

      13. Do not disclose or share your password with any third party or use your password for any unauthorized purpose.
      14. Not to attempt to decipher, decompile, or obtain the source code of any software program comprising or constituting a part of this Site.
  5. Services in particular: It is hereby clarified that the Site has, including, but not limited to, the following Services:
    1. Property search, navigation and favorites: To search for a property, the User may use the search engine found on the main page of the Site, selecting the data Operation, Property Type, City and Price Range, to execute the search. After starting the search, the User can filter and sort the list of notices found. Once you get the search result, you can use the filters that appear on the left of the listing. The filters respond to the characteristics of the ads shown in the result. When you select a filter, the result will be updated automatically. In the same way, to unaffect a filter, you can select <by default> within the Applied Filters and the result will be updated again. The User can select as many filters as they want in this way and thus find the properties that best suit their needs. Likewise, the User will be able to save the search, which gives him the opportunity to save the search criteria he used, for future reference. To do so, the User only has to click on the Save Search button that appears in the upper right corner of the List of Results, in the Applied Filters. The User will be asked to enter a name to identify the search in My Account. Subsequently, every time the User wishes to consult the searches, just by entering My Account > Saved Searches, the User will be able to access their listings with the different parameters of their interest and search for new advertisements. You can save your favorite searches to your account and reuse it at any time. It is hereby clarified that the User must be registered to use this Service.
    2. Alerts: Alerts allow the User to receive in their message box, some offers about the publications made on our website. However, it is not necessary to delete it.
    3. Save Favorites: This service allows the User to save all those notices that are of interest to them.
    4. Search for or contact a seller: To contact the Seller of an advertisement, the User must click on the Contact Seller button found within the advertisement, the User must fill in the requested data and click on Submit, then the Seller’s data will appear on the screen. Additionally, the User will receive an e-mail with the contact information of the Seller of the property and, in turn, the User’s data will be sent to the Seller. It is expressly clarified that the data of the User and the Seller may only be used for the purpose of concluding the operation originating on the Site and must not be used by either of them for advertising or promotional purposes or other activities not related to the Site, except with the express authorization of the User or the Seller for this purpose. Therefore, Users and Sellers declare and warrant that they will hold Addhouses harmless from any judicial and/or extrajudicial claim in this regard.
    5. Search by code: The Site’s notices have a unique code that is created by the system itself. These are often used by Sellers to publish in other media and thus then reference the complete Notice on the Site. Through Search by Code, you can easily access specific notices.
    6. Real Estate Finder: On the Site, the User may consult a particular Real Estate Agency just by typing its name. You will access the information on it, and you will be able to consult the properties that it has published, such as requesting an Appraisal Request.
    7. Recommend notifications: To recommend a notification, the User must select the Share option, which is located within it. In it, different sharing options will be displayed, the User must choose a social network or email.
    8. Publication of Notices: It is expressly clarified that the User may publish Notices on the Site through the channels detailed below:
      1. Online Publication: In order to post a notice, the User must be registered on the Site. If you are already registered, you can log in from the main page of the Site by entering your e-mail address and password. Then, from My Account/ Post an ad, you must fill out the publication form (with photos, map and video), select Post (you can even choose alternatives to Highlight the ad) and a means of payment. The duration of the publication of a notice is 30 days. The validity of either of the two highlight alternatives (Platinum and Gold) is 30 days. After the deadline has expired, you will be able to highlight again for another 30 days or continue your publication without highlighting. For more information, click here The different types of properties that can be published are: Apartment, House, House, Quinta, Garage, Premises, Hotel, Land, Office, Field, Goodwill, Shed, Special Business.

When registering and/or browsing the Site, the USER and/or the visitor provides personal information, giving their free, express and informed consent for it to be collected and stored directly in our database, being electronically protected, using the most complete and effective computer security mechanisms for the protection of information to keep it in total confidentiality.
  7. The USER is responsible for the proper use of the Site, expressly committing to avoid any type of action that may damage systems, equipment or services accessible directly or indirectly through the Internet, including the intentional congestion of links or systems and in accordance with these conditions.
  8. It is expressly clarified that the Site may be used only and exclusively by persons over 18 years of age, and persons who are not over that age must refrain from using it.
  9. All the information about the properties published and/or offered by the Site is provided by participating Real Estate Agencies, being the sole responsibility of the same said information as well as that related to its commercialization.
  10. Addhouses is not responsible for the publication, truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided on the Site, nor for any changes that may occur thereto.
  11. It is expressly clarified that the Site does not review the content of the Notices, providing only and exclusively a space for their publication. In this sense, the adhered real estate companies will keep Addhouses harmless.
  12. The USER is responsible for the proper use of the service, expressly committing to avoid any type of action that may damage systems, equipment or services accessible directly or indirectly through the Internet, including the intentional congestion of links or systems and in accordance with these conditions.
  13. The USER assumes full responsibility before Addhouses and third parties for damages that may occur as a result of the actions of the USER, its dependents or third parties connected through the USER and those resulting from the non-observance of laws or regulations, other unlawful acts or the misuse made of the service.  the USER must indemnify and hold Addhouses harmless against any payment claim that may correspond.
  14. Addhouses shall have the right to extend or improve the services provided without prior notice, as well as to alter the means or routes used for the provision of the service.
  15. The failure of Addhouses to temporarily exercise the rights conferred hereby shall not imply a waiver of them, which may be exercised at any time.
  16. Addhouses will not be responsible for the adequacy of the services it provides to the real needs of the USER.
  17. Addhouses will not be liable for damages caused by the fault or intent of third parties for the provision of the services on which they depend.
  18. Addhouses will not be responsible for damages, alteration of information or interference to the system or networks, resulting from the actions of third parties.
  19. Addhouses will not be responsible for the result of the service as long as the facilities necessary for its proper functioning depend on third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, routing errors, loss of information or data, unplanned service interruptions that are not attributable to Addhouses.
  20. Addhouses shall not be responsible for the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness and usefulness of any data, programs and information of any kind transmitted over its networks. The content of such information will be the sole responsibility of those who exchange it (sender and recipient).
  21. Addhouses will not be responsible for the misuse of the facilities and services provided, due to power outages or scheduled interruptions or any other failure that is not attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Addhouses.
  22. Addhouses will not be liable for any damages caused, including acts of God and force majeure, that may occur to the equipment, facilities or personnel of the USER.

The products, goods, real estate and/or services offered and/or published on Addhouses are not guaranteed by Addhouses, and those who provide them assume full responsibility for the quality, redhibitory defects, eviction and/or any loss or damage that may be suffered in relation to the contracts formalized on them by Addhouses USERS.
  25. Statements: Users expressly understand, accept and agree that:
    1. The Site may contain errors.
    2. The Site shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damages caused by the loss and/or deterioration of information and/or by the use of the Site.
    3. The use of the Site and the Internet in general implies the assumption of the risk of potential damage to the USER’s software and hardware. For this reason, the terminal equipment from which the USER accesses the Site would be in a position to be attacked and damaged by the action of hackers who could even access the information contained in the USER’s terminal equipment, extract it, steal it and/or damage it. The USER waives the right to make claims for these reasons.
    4. The exchange of information over the Internet has the risk that such information may be captured by a third party. The Site is not responsible for the consequences that such a hypothesis may entail for the USER.

  28. Applicable law and competent court:
    1. These Terms of Use and the rules that complement them shall be governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, being competent for any controversy that may arise, the Courts of the city of Cochabamba-Bolivia, without reservations.
    2. Use of the Site is expressly prohibited in any jurisdiction where the terms set forth in these Terms of Use may not apply.
    3.
